The night will do exactly what it says on the tin: Castellano’s Deli’s Vincent and his team will be serving up a six course meal, with dishes designed to show off as much of the animal as possible. Vincent Castellano says, “We had a marvellous response to All Things Pig at our first event in April. It was so rewarding to present authentic British Charcuterie and artisan food in the unique setting of a beautiful candlelit church. The atmosphere was tremendous. Everyone had such a great evening and are still talking about it so we just have to do it again.”
