After the festive period, an evening of food and whisky may not be top of everyone’s minds this January! However, if you’re keen to join in with the traditional Scottish festivities, a number of Bristol venues are hosting evenings to mark the occasion.
Burns Night is traditionally celebrated on January 25th, but you’ll find that events are taking place in Bristol throughout that calendar week. It’s getting ever closer to Christmas (as we’re continually being reminded) and time to start shopping for Christmas gifts for friends and family. Having moved to a city that’s so fantastic for local produce, I’m keen to use local suppliers as far as possible for gifts for those close to me that are into their food and drink.
