Volunteers needed for Grillstock – July 2nd and 3rd

Posted on: June 20, 2011

Available on July 2nd and 3rd? Want free entry to Grillstock? Head to the Bristol Event Volunteers website and register your interest to volunteer at the UK’s biggest BBQ and music festival – help is needed in a variety of areas!

The festival features a “King Of The Grill” US-style BBQ competition, live Cajun, blues and country music, a chilli-eating competition, street circus, cabaret, magic and a variety of stalls selling BBQ equipment and food and drink. With so much going on, the Grillstock organisers are looking for volunteers for a range of duties.

Photographers, production assistants, runners, stage assistants and music artist liaisons are just a few of the roles they are looking to fill. Full details of the positions available can be seen on the Bristol Event Volunteers website by clicking this link.

Obviously there’s plenty in it for the Grillstock team if you volunteer…but what’s in it for you? Quite a lot, actually. All volunteers get a free pass for the weekend for them and a friend, a Grillstock “Staff” t-shirt, all you can eat BBQ food and discount vouchers from the bar. If it sounds good, head over to Bristol Event Volunteers and register your interest! 🙂
