Book now for the third Chez Iza Supper Club!

Posted on: February 21, 2011

If you’re a fan of French food, keep Saturday, 19th March free and head over to the Chez Iza Supper Club blog to book your place for the evening…

Chez Iza’s creator, Iza Redon, is also the lady behind La Cuizine – a Clifton-based cookery school that I profiled on the blog in November last year. Her first foray into the exciting world of supper clubs took place in late November, with dishes including a venison Bourguignon. January’s menu focused on the South West of France, and featured a duck cassoulet: a hearty combination of duck, sausage, pork belly, shoulder of lamb, pork loin and haricot beans.

The menu for the next supper club, taking place on Saturday, March 19th, hasn’t yet been finalised…but I’ve been given the heads-up that diners can expect profiteroles for dessert!

To book your place, head to the latest post on the Chez Iza Supper Club blog as soon as possible – spaces will fill up fast!
