Trethowan’s Dairy Christmas Cheese School, December 16th

Posted on: December 6, 2010

Those who are as obsessed with cheese as I am should head to the Cheese School website and find out more about the upcoming Mini Christmas Cheese School on Thursday, December 16th…

Brought to you by Fiona Beckett (The Guardian’s wine columnist) and Jess Trethowan (from Trethowan’s Dairy), Cheese School’s aim is to educate those attending on all aspects of the dairy product, from making right through to serving.

The event will take place from 6.30-9pm on the 16th at St Thomas the Martyr in central Bristol. For only £40 per ticket, the evening workshop will cover a variety of themes, including:

  • How cheese is made and matured
  • How to create the perfect cheesy Christmas
  • How to match cheeses to drinks for the perfect end to your Christmas meal
  • Cheesy recipe ideas
  • How to buy and store cheese

Cheese School is a great gift idea for foodie friends and relatives – or if you’re keen to book as a corporate event, you may be lucky enough to get a discount on group bookings.
